As well as providing Institutional Investment and Development Advice The Land Group is experienced in working on smaller Private Investor transactions in both the residential and commercial fields.

Acting either as consultant or co-investors The Land Group are able to provide the different skills required for managing small scale projects from £250,000.

Building on our institutional background we are also experienced in combining a series of smaller projects within corporate structures to spread risk and provide beneficial tax and borrowing terms.

Joint Ventures

The Land Group operate a number of Joint Ventures with both Private and Public Sector Clients.

We are conversant with a wide variety of different structures for Joint Venture Opportunities. All of these enable us to utilise our extensive skills in property investment, development and capital fund raising to achieve the investors project aims.

We are also actively involved in partnering Funding Institutions in the successful resolution of default property development loans where we utilise our skills and experience to not only provide specific hands on delivery, project management and letting/sale advice, but also to analyse an existing transaction and provide strategic valuation advice as to the most profitable future course of action.
