Since its foundation, the company has worked extensively with NHS Trusts, educational establishments and commercial business and raises funds in the form of debt, equity, grants and lottery funding.
Location
The company provides services throughout the United Kingdom and has particular involvement in projects in London and the South East. The Company‘s main operational centre is based at its offices in Suffolk.
Aim
To combine the skills of Property Development, Investment Management and Finance to deliver affordable and deliverable property solutions to a wide range of private and public sector clients.
